GeekAlarm Help
What Alert Type should I choose? Active or Passive?
- The Active Alert will enforce a break. If you want your breaks to be enforced so that you leave your computer during a break you should choose Active. With Active you will receive a ten second warning before a break begins. At this time you can select to postpone the enforced break for five minutes. If you only want a reminder to take a break without your computer being locked down choose Passive. Default is Active.
