Configure Break Length
Use the slider bar below to select how long each of your breaks should last. You can also select a preset break duration time from the preset buttons below. It is recommended that you take at least 15 minutes of breaks every 2 hours. Setting the break duration to 4 minutes per break will give you 16 minutes of break every 2 hours.
